Today’s featured wedding rehearsal dinner in Augusta, Georgia is full of little details that really highlighted the amore theme - from using fresh herbs and pasta in the centerpiece design to the rustic nature of the venue itself.

Right off the bat, guests were welcomed to this Italian inspired wedding rehearsal dinner with an “That’s Amore” welcome sign featuring a pizza and wine drawing. Inside the rustic event ballroom, white tablecloths, hanging twinkle lights and chandeliers, and exposed brick walls reminds of classic old-school Italian restaurants. Fresh herbs like parsley, basil, and rosemary in terracotta pots were mixed with red and white roses for a vibrant centerpiece design in the classic Italian flag colors. Pasta sauce cans and crushed tomato cans served as vases for the roses in the centerpieces for a vintage inspired design. The long tables also had cans of dried pasta mixed in for an edible and sustainable element to the centerpieces.
A large seating chart display that matched the welcome sign directed guests to their tables where rattan chargers held personalized place cards. Each place card was a dry lasagna noodle calligraphed with each rehearsal dinner guest’s name - how fun and unique! Along with their place cards, each place setting had a pizza dinner menu card and a tiny pizza box favor.
