This gathering was a lovely night before the big day and featured ocean views, garden florals, fresh coastal air, and a refined elegance throughout the evening’s details and design.
Hosting a rehearsal dinner outdoors allowed Kristina and Zach to bring to life a gathering of friends and family along one long table beneath the perfect string lights. The long wooden tables were dressed with soft linens, delicate candlelight, and colorful garden inspired centerpieces. The long gathering table and soft evening light created an intimate settings where guests enjoyed mixing and mingling with the couple before their wedding day.

As guests arrived for the wedding weekend they were gifted personalized wedding welcome bags featuring the town of Chatham on the printed tote. Inside, guests were gifted a variety of items to use and enjoy for the weekend including Cape Cod potato chips, buckeye candies, lobster gummy candies, water bottles, airplane sized alcohol bottles, and a map of the town. A printed welcome message from the bride and groom was also included.
Guests were welcomed to this alfresco evening with an open-air bar serving wine, champagne, and spirits while they enjoyed meeting everyone on the lawn of Chatham Bars Inn’s historic property. The couple opted for a custom bar menu featuring some signature cocktail options and a hand painted portrait of their beloved dog.
The coastal surroundings for this rehearsal dinner evening was the perfect backdrop for conversation, laughter, and the joyful anticipation of the wedding weekend ahead. As dinner began, guests were seated at beautifully styled long tables adorned with lush blooms and elegant place settings. The bride and groom enjoyed special seating signified with “Mr.” and “Mrs.” chair decor, just for them, at the center of the table.
Beautiful printed place cards and menus adorned each place setting for guests to find their way and be informed of the evening’s culinary creations. As sunset faded into evening, the string lights strung across the lawn were glowing and the celebration became even more magical. The moon rose over the water and created a breathtaking view.
Guests enjoyed classic desserts into the evening beneath the stars. Don’t miss the groom’s cake for Zach! It was perfect for him because it featured his favorite hockey team and his favorite past-time, golf!
