This seaside celebration was the perfect way for Ron and Emily to kick off their wedding weekend with ocean inspired details. From sunset portraits on the venue’s manicured green lawns to a traditional lobster clambake, welcoming guests was a joy.
As guests gathered at this historic coastal property, there was no mistaking the New England seaside charm with classic shingled buildings and crisp ocean air. As the sun dipped low, friends and family arrived to mingle and celebrate the couple before the big day.

For this charming pre-wedding event, the bride and groom filled a room with long wood tables to sit their friends and family. The place settings with woven chargers, striped napkins and personalized oyster shell place cards were the perfect nod to the region’s maritime heritage. The tables were lined with hydrangeas in the most beautiful soft coral hues. Each thoughtful detail added to the inviting space for guests to gather and dine together.
A highlight of the evening was the traditional New England clambake. Guests were treated to fresh lobster served with drawn butter, corn and classic accompaniments. The classic lobster bibs were passed out and the photographer was sure to capture some candid moments of laughter along the way. The evening’s signature cocktails included a Cape inspired blend of cranberry and citrus, adding to the regional flavor of the night’s offerings.
Personal touches went a long way for this rehearsal dinner. From custom illustrated napkins to a beloved family dog greeting guests, the atmosphere was both refined and personal. It was a beautiful reflection of the couple’s love for the Cape and a great way to share it with their loved ones.
